For the purposes of the preceding clauses the term, ‘Kevler Group’, ‘us’, ‘our’ means any one or more of the following: Kevler Holdings Limited, Kevler Development Limited, Kevler Homes Auckland Limited, Kevler Homes Christchurch Limited, Kevler Architecture Limited, Kevler Capital Limited, Kevler Sections Limited, Kevler Homes Canterbury Limited, Kevler Property Management Limited, Integrity Property Management Limited trading as Kevler Property Management, Harrow Green Limited and any Related Company of Kevler Group. The term Related Company has the meaning given it by the Companies Act 1993 or replacement legislation.
Kevler Homes Canterbury Limited trading as Kevler Homes (‘We’, ‘Us’, ‘Our’) need to collect private information from the client (‘You’, ‘Yours’), from others and share your information with others for the purposes as set out in our privacy policy (attached, “Private Policy”).

administering, whether directly or indirectly, your contract with us and enforcing our rights, entitlements and interests under such contracts;
marketing goods and services provided by us to you;
ascertaining at any time your creditworthiness and obtaining at any time credit statements and/or reports in respect of an application made by you or a contract you wish to enter into with us;
enabling us to notify any credit agency of any application for credit or default in the observance of any obligation under any agreement between Kevler and you and enabling us to provide such personal information to any credit agency;
enabling us to communicate with you for any purpose.

We may assign a unique identifier to you to carry out the functions of its business efficiently.
The intended recipient of the personal information shall be us and any third party providing services to us in relation to the purposes outlined above.
