identifiable individual (a natural person).

This Privacy Policy explains how we will collect, use and disclose your personal information, and how you can exercise your rights in relation to your personal information.

This Privacy Policy applies across all our websites/platforms and any other products or Services we may offer. We will refer to them all as our (“Goods”/“Services”) in this policy. 

We may need to update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The change will apply from the date we upload the updated policy. We reserve the right to make changes to this Privacy Policy at any time by notifying you on this page. It is strongly recommended to check this page

What personal information we collect

We collect your personal information directly from you, where this is possible and practicable.

(c) automatically, when you visit our website or use our Services / purchase our Goods, such as your IP address, web pages you viewed and links you clicked on. Some of this information is collected using cookies (text files saved on your device)

(a) assess your application both now and in the future in relation to the Goods/Services that you wish to obtained from us;

Who we share your personal information with

There may be times where we need to share your personal information with third parties. We will only disclose your personal information to:

(a) Related Company of Kevler Group.
(b) Any parties necessary for us to provide the Services/Goods of which you are purchasing from us;
(c) Any party necessary for us to provide you with access to our website and external IT service provider to ensure the security of our computer network is maintained;
(d) Your authorised representatives and/or your legal advisors and other people, where authorised by you.
(e) A credit reference agency, for the purpose of carrying out a credit check on you;
(f) A fraud checking agency;
(g) Our professional advisors, including but not limited to our accountants, auditors and lawyers;
(h) Our marketing partners ;
(i) An actual or potential buyer (and its agents and advisors) in connection with an actual or proposed purchase, merger or acquisition of any part of our business;
(j) Regulators, law enforcement bodies, government agencies, dispute resolution providers, or other third parties where we consider it is necessary to comply with applicable laws or regulations, or to exercise or defend our legal rights. Where possible and appropriate, we will notify you of this type of disclosure;

We may share your personal information with third parties based outside New Zealand. This means your personal information may be processed in an overseas country which does not provide the same level of protection to personal information as in New Zealand.

How long we keep your personal information 

We will keep your personal information for as long as we have a legal or business need to
retain it. After the end of this period, we will either delete or anonymise your personal
information either by securely erasing all digital data and/or securely disposing of all paper
documents relating to your account/file.

Privacy complaints process

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your personal information, you may send a complaint. Please provide us with the full details of your complaint along with any supporting documentation:

We will:

a. send you an initial response to your query or complaint within ten (10) business days; and b. look into and seek to resolve the issue within twenty (20) business days. If necessary, we may need a longer period to do this but will notify you of this delay.

For the purposes of the preceding clauses the term, ‘Kevler Group’, ‘us’, ‘our’ means any one or more of the following: Kevler Holdings Limited, Kevler Development Limited, Kevler Homes Auckland Limited, Kevler Homes Christchurch Limited, Kevler Architecture Limited, Kevler
Capital Limited, Kevler Sections Limited, Kevler Homes Canterbury Limited, kevler Property Management Limited, Integrity Property Management Limited trading as Kevler Property Management, Harrow Green Limited and any Related Company of Kevler Group. The term
Related Company has the meaning given it by the Companies Act 1993 or replacement legislation.
