a. send you an initial response to your query or complaint within ten (10) business days; and b. look into and seek to resolve the issue within twenty (20) business days. If necessary, we may need a longer period to do this but will notify you of this delay.

Related Company has the meaning given it by the Companies Act 1993 or replacement legislation.
